Who we are
Factorizer Ltd (Factorizer) is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17135445, at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU.

We do not buy contact lists, we do not use your enquiry to add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
Cookies
Strictly necessary storage is used to remember your cookie choice. Nothing optional is set unless you accept it, and you can change your mind at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer. Full detail is in the cookie policy.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become work: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Client records: for the duration of the contract and then as long as required for legal, accounting and tax purposes.
- Analytics: retained in aggregate only, and only where consent was given.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the business, for example email hosting and website hosting. They process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or the EEA without an appropriate safeguard in place.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete data where we no longer have a reason to keep it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- withdraw consent where consent was the basis for using it.
Write to info@factorizer.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be communicated directly.
