Who these terms are with

This site is operated by Factorizer Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17135445, at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. By using the site you accept these terms.

What this site is for

The site describes what we build and how we work. It is general information, not advice, and not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing here forms a contract between us. Engagements begin with a signed agreement.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate and current as far as we reasonably can, particularly product status and version numbers. Software in development changes, so specifications described here may change without notice.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site belong to Factorizer Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not republish the content as your own, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests an association that does not exist.

That includes everything shown on the site rather than only the words: the photographs of our machines, the technical drawings, and the animated manoeuvre and cell drawings together with the code that runs them. They are our own work and are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, downloaded, re-hosted, embedded elsewhere, altered, or used in another party's material, including for training or generating other works, without our written permission.

Third-party names mentioned on this site, including open source projects we build on, belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

Linking

You may link to any page on this site. Where we link out to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.

Liability

We provide this site as it is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the site's general content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
